Next April 12th will be the 20th anniversary of the beginning of the Association of Friends of the “Camí de Pallerols de Rialb a Andorra”.

On that day, a group of friends went on a trip to discover the Baridà area (the house with its borders) where the expedition of Saint Josemaria Escrivà passed on November 30, 1937.

From that on April 12, 2003, we organized more trips, accompanied by people from the territory, to discover the paths, clear them and signpost them.

This is how a working group was formed that was the founding nucleus of the Association of Friends of the “Camí de Pallerols de Rialb a Andorra”, which currently has thousands of supporters from all over the world.

More than 1,000 people visit Pallerols every year; if you look at the news on the web you can check the countries of origin. 70% come from Europe and the rest from the other 4 continents.

The news on the website is published in 3 languages and reaches around 2,500 people, who interact through comments on each news item.

We have 98 partners who contribute variable amounts that make possible the activities we organize periodically. We also highlight the invaluable and necessary work of volunteers; in this sense, we encourage you to sign up as Volunteers and Partners in order to reach more activities and more people.

Another aspect that should be highlighted are the videos that show some of the more frequent activities such as: the Walks, the Freedom Path Days and the religious and cultural events around Pallerols.
